Prince Rupert 2030 Vision

CIVITAS Studio partnered with Larry Beasley & Associates to work with local government and community stakeholders to develop this 10-year vision for Prince Rupert, a port city on the cusp of significant economic growth.

The proposed vision includes:

• Create vibrant housing market, with choice, affordability and social responsibility.
• Secure a strong employment talent pool and identifiable workplaces.
• Enhance retail diversity and choice in identifiable locations.
• Build compelling urban destinations.
• Provide comprehensive, stable, and responsible social infrastructure.
• Create complete neighbourhoods and communities.
• Preserve and enjoy the sustaining, treasured and unique natural wilderness.
