The proposed Plan includes:

• Preserved facade on the northwest corner of the site to celebrate heritage.
• Little Crown Lane, a new internal lane with an active fine grain retail edge that improves pedestrian connectivity from east to west.
• Cinema, a new entertainment destination.
• Garden Court, a new public gathering space that functions as the central heart of the site.
• Corner Plaza, a new gateway to the site with dining spaces and entry to cinema.
• Residential over commercial podium with a tower overlooking the CBD.
